UK to Geneva & Toulouse

Ride mountains not motorways.. You fly..... we look after your bike like it’s our own!

The National Motorcyclists Council (NMC) has opened talks with the UK Government

after it emerged that the EU/UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) has a glaring gap in it when it comes to motorcycle tourism. The NMC is acting after having been approached by individuals and businesses who are concerned about two specific issues. These are first, the ability to send road registered motorcycles into the EU, via friends, or via a transportation business. Please see below for a link to the full article

Riding in Europe in 2021….what do you need?

How it works

Full Monty: You meet the purpose-built shuttle truck at our Northampton (NN7 4SE) base. (We can arrange to pick your bike up from any UK location at extra cost). The Bike is then stowed securely along with your helmet and leathers and boots. We take you to Luton/Heathrow Airport, (Not included in price) You then fly to Geneva (not included in price). There is a transfer to our hotel meeting point. Accommodation can be booked by Bikeshuttle at the time of reserving your places, (see charges on the destination pages) The next morning, feeling refreshed you meet the truck at our Hotel meeting point. By 10 am you’re off on your bike…

For booking flights, we suggest you take the Easyjet flights from Luton For Geneva (British Airways from London Heathrow for Toulouse) on the day the shuttle departs please see the respective destination pages for the times and flight numbers you should book. Our minibus transfer connects with these flights.

Basic: Bring the bike to us on the day of departure  (8 am for Toulouse 9 am Geneva ). Collect the bike from our hotel base at 9 am the following day. (Please note if the bike arrives the day before, or if bikes are not collected on time, storage charges will apply.) . (please note the Vat contribution charge for this)

Local Flights

If you want to travel from an airport closer to you we can pick up your bike(s) at extra cost. We have our own vehicles for this or will use a trusted bike transporter. You can then fly to Geneva on the day the bikes arrive. There is a £15 vat contribution charged for transport only as we have to pay vat on transport only bookings. Please note that if you arrive late or days after storage charges will also apply.

We do not put your bike into a transport network, it is always in our direct care. Your bike will never go near a transport depot…nor will it be placed in a crate and forklifted about the place!

If you decide to tailor your break for a shorter or longer stay,  we can store your bike at either our base in Northampton, Geneva, or Toulouse hotel. (You can book this from our booking page). All sites are highly secure and we embark or disembark your bike for you, there is no additional charge for this it is included in our storage charges.

Bikeshuttle.co also offers UK Bike delivery and collection service. Contact us on the link to add this to your booking.
