How it works

Full Monty:  You meet the purpose-built shuttle truck at our Northampton (NN7 4SE) base. (We can arrange to pick your bike up from any UK location at extra cost). The Bike is then stowed securely along with your helmet and leathers and boots. We take you to Luton Airport, (Not included in price) You then fly to Geneva (not included in price). There is a free transfer to our hotel meeting point. (Accommodation can be booked by Bikeshuttle at the time of reserving your places, (see charges on the left) The next morning, feeling refreshed you meet the truck at our Hotel meeting point just by Geneva Airport. By 9.30 am you’re off on your bike…Click here to see our hotel.

For booking flights,  We suggest you take the Easyjet flight from Luton on the day the shuttle departs  (*Wednesday 1335hrs-1620hrs: flight no EZY2061) and then take their morning flight back on the day your motorbike arrives back in the UK (*Fridays Departure at 1050hrs/11.30 flight no EZY2052). Our minibus transfer connects with these flights. dates page.

Basic:  Bring the bike to us on the day of departure  (9 am). Collect the bike from our hotel base at 9 am the following day. (There is a vat contribution charge of £15 per bike each way charged where no accommodation is booked with us) Please note if the bike arrives the day before, storage charges will apply and if bikes are not collected on time storage charges will apply.)
